- In-stock items typically ship within 2 business days.
- Custom products and special orders usually ship within 4–6 weeks.
- Need it sooner? Rush production may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us at orders@copshop.com with your request.
International Orders
Shipping to addresses outside the U.S. is subject to a $75 international shipping charge, plus any applicable customs duties or taxes.
Partial Shipments
Orders ship when all items are ready. If you’d like in-stock items shipped separately, please let us know—additional shipping charges may apply.
Return Policy:

- Returns Accepted on In-Stock Items: We gladly accept returns of unused, non-custom products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Custom & Personalized Products: Because custom items are made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns on products that include personalization, department names, logos, or custom designs. We appreciate your understanding.
- Shipping Errors or Damaged Goods: If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, or if there is an issue with the materials received, please contact us in writing within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.
