• Badges ship in approximately 6 weeks.
• Holsters ship in approximately 3 weeks.
• Custom products like challenge coins and lapel pins typically ship in 6 weeks.

Return Policy:

• Custom Badges & Personalized Products: Because custom items are made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns on products that include personalization, department names, logos, or custom designs. We appreciate your understanding.

• Aker Leather Holsters: Because Aker holsters are assembled to order based on your selected model, firearm, color, and draw orientation, all Aker holster sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. Please verify your firearm selection and configuration carefully before placing your order.

• Shipping Errors or Damaged Goods: If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, or if there is an issue with the materials received, please contact us in writing within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.
