Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy:

In-stock items ship within 2 business days. 

Custom products & special orders take about 6-8 weeks.  Rush orders may be available (subject to an additional charge). Please contact the office with your rush order request.

Shipping to address outside the United States will be subject to a $50 shipping charge in addition to applicable International customs fees and taxes.

Orders ship when complete.  If you need items to ship separately, an additional shipping charge may apply.  

Return Policy:

NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS

All products with your company logo and/or of personalization are considered Custom Orders are not returnable.

Non-custom products can be returned subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Claims for non-delivery, shortage of defects in the material will be considered if made in writing within 30 days after arrival of goods and/or receipt of invoice.
