The Aker FlatSider™ XR19 Paddle Holster is a premium leather outside-the-waistband holster designed for comfortable everyday carry with the convenience of a paddle attachment and an open-top draw. Built using Aker’s FlatSider molding process, the XR19 positions the holster pocket close to the body, creating a slim profile that enhances concealment while maintaining stability on the hip.

This model features Aker’s Air-Flo™ contoured paddle, which slips easily inside the waistband and uses retention barbs to hold the holster securely in place without requiring a belt. The paddle design allows for quick on/off convenience, making the XR19 an excellent choice for plainclothes, off-duty, or everyday carry.

The XR19’s open-top design provides fast, unobstructed access to the firearm, while an adjustable tension screw allows you to fine-tune draw resistance to your preference. A full-length molded sight channel supports smooth, snag-free drawing with standard iron sights, and the dual-plane muzzle design accommodates both standard and shortened barrel lengths.

The XR19 Paddle Holster is designed around a FlatSider molding and paddle-mounted carry system. Compatibility is limited to firearms whose size, balance, and slide geometry work properly with this design.

Very small micro-compact pistols and oversized frames may not provide consistent retention or draw performance and are therefore not supported. Select the option that most closely matches your firearm’s model family and overall size.
